You can always end the contract with us by emailing database@humanspecificresearch.org or writing to us at the Centre for Human Specific Research, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX. Please provide your name and email address. If you end the contract with us, you must immediately cease use of your registered account and the services we provide.
We may end the contract with you at any time and for any reason and will email you with 7 days’ notice of our intention to stop providing our services, using the email address you provided during registration. If we end the contract with you, you must immediately cease use of your registered account and the services we provide.
The license grants applicable to your contributions are not impacted by the termination of these terms and shall continue in effect subject to the terms of the applicable license. Your warranties and indemnification obligations will survive for one year after termination.
Any contributions must:
- be accurate, in the case of facts
- be genuinely held, in the case of opinions
- comply with applicable laws
Any contributions must not:
- be defamatory towards any individual
- mislead or deceive people
- promote sexually explicit material or violence
- contain obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory material
- promote discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age
- infringe upon the copyrights or trade marks belonging to others
- violate any legal obligations, including contractual and confidentiality duties
- encourage illegal activities
Failure to comply with the above acceptable uses is consider a serious violation of these terms. Consequently we may take any or all of the following actions:
- immediate, temporary, or permanent withdrawal of your right to use this website
- immediate, temporary, or permanent removal of any of your contributions
- issuance of a warning to you
