Description
uPA (E2M6I) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total uPA protein. The antibody detects the 50 kDa zymogen and the 32 kDa chain B, and does not detect chain A. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser266 of human uPA protein.
