Description
TDP43 (E2G6G) Rabbit mAb (BSA and Azide Free) recognizes endogenous levels of total TDP43 protein. TDP43 undergoes alternative splicing. TDP43 (E2G6G) Rabbit mAb (BSA and Azide Free) is specific to isoform 1 of TDP43 that migrates at 43 kDa. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Val47 of human TDP43 protein.
