Description
TDP43 (D9R3L) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total TDP43 protein. TDP43 undergoes alternative splicing. TDP43 (D9R3L) Rabbit mAb detects TDP43 isoforms that migrate at 25, 35, and 45 kDa. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Gly282 of human TDP43 protein.
