SirT1 (D1D7) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total SirT1 protein. This antibody does not cross-react with other sirtuin proteins. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Phe297 of human SirT1 protein.
