Phospho-Ser-Pro-Pro Motif [pSPP] Rabbit mAb

Description

Phospho-Ser-Pro-Pro Motif [pSPP] Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of proteins only when phosphorylated at serine within the context of the SPP motif. This antibody does not cross-react with proteins phosphorylated at threonine, or with serine residues phosphorylated in other contexts. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide library containing the phospho-Ser-Pro-Pro motif.
