Description
Phospho-S6 Ribosomal Protein (Ser240/244) (D68F8) XP® Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of ribosomal protein S6 only when phosphorylated at Ser240 and Ser244. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser240 and Ser244 of human ribosomal protein S6.
