Description
Phospho-Rb (Thr821) (E6J1L) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of Rb protein only when phosphorylated at Thr821. Reactivity for immunofluorescence is human only. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Thr821 of human Rb protein.
