Description
Phospho-PDGF Receptor β (Tyr751) (C63G6) Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of PDGF receptor β only when phosphorylated at Tyr751.The antibody may cross-react with activated PDGF receptor α and other protein tyrosine kinases when highly overexpressed. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr751 of human PDGF receptor β.
