Description
Phospho-IKKα (Ser176)/IKKβ (Ser177) (C84E11) Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of IKKα and IKKβ only when phosphorylated at Ser176 and Ser177, respectively. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser177 of IKKβ.
