Description
Phospho-Histone H2B (Ser14) (D67H2) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of histone H2B protein only when phosphorylated at Ser14. The antibody may cross-react with a nonspecific band at 30 kDa. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser14 of human histone H2B protein.
