Description
Phospho-Glycogen Synthase (Ser641) (D4H1B) XP® Rabbit mAb (BSA and Azide Free) recognizes endogenous levels of both muscle and liver isoforms of glycogen synthase protein only when phosphorylated at Ser641. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to the sequence surrounding Ser641 of human liver glycogen synthase.
