Description
Phospho-Brg1 (Ser1627/1631) (E2N9V) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of Brg1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser1627/Ser1631. This antibody does not cross-react with BRM protein. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser1631 of human Brg1 protein.
