Description
Phospho-Beclin-1 (Ser15) (D4B7R) Rabbit mAb recognizes transfected levels of Beclin-1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser15 (which corresponds to Ser14 in mouse). Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser15 of human Beclin-1 protein.
