Description
Pan-Keratin (C11) Mouse mAb (Alexa Fluor® 488 Conjugate) detects endogenous levels of total keratins 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 13 and 18. The antibody does not cross-react with other keratins. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a cytoskeleton preparation from A-431 cells. The antibody was conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488 under optimal conditions with an F/P ratio of 2-6.
