Mono-Methyl-Histone H3 (Lys36) (D9J1D) Rabbit mAb (BSA and Azide Free)

Description

Mono-Methyl-Histone H3 (Lys36) (D9J1D) Rabbit mAb (BSA and Azide Free) recognizes endogenous levels of histone H3 only when mono-methylated at Lys36. The antibody does not cross-react with non-methylated, di-methylated, or tri-methylated Lys36. In addition, the antibody does not cross-react with mono-methylated histone H3 Lys4, Lys9, Lys27, or Lys79. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding mono-methylated Lys36 of human histone H3 protein.
