Description
Mono-/Di-Methyl-Histone H3 (Lys56) (D4L7L) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of histone H3 protein only when mono- or di-methylated at Lys56. This antibody does not cross-react with other methylated histone proteins. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding mono-methyl-Lys56 of human histone H3 protein.
