Description
Mesothelin (D9R5G) XP® Rabbit mAb (BSA and Azide Free) recognizes endogenous levels of total mesothelin protein. The antibody detects both uncleaved (full-length) and cleaved forms of mesothelin, but does not detect the cleaved fragment corresponding to megakaryocyte potentiating factor (MPF). Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with recombinant protein specific to human mesothelin protein.
