Description
Intersectin-2 (E5J9F) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total intersectin-2 protein. This antibody reacts with intersectin-2L and intersectin-2S protein isoforms but does not cross-react with the corresponding isoforms of intersectin-1 protein. This antibody cross-reacts with proteins of unknown identity between 80 kDa and 120 kDa in some rat cell extracts. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Lys335 of human intersectin-2 protein.
