IL-6Rα/CD126 (E7H4J) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total IL-6Rα/CD126 protein. This antibody cross-reacts with an unidentified protein of 20 kDa in some cell extracts. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with recombinant protein specific to the amino terminus of mouse IL-6Rα/CD126 protein.
