Description
This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes TNC. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. It can be used for ELISA, IHC and other applications. Tenascin-C is a large hexameric glycoprotein of the extracellular matrix which modulates cellular adhesion. It is involved in processes such as cell proliferation and cell migration and is associated with changes in tissue architecture as occurring during morphogenesis and embryogenesis as well as under tumorigenesis or angiogenesis.
