Description
This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes SEMA4D. SEMA4D is expressed on the cell surface as a homodimer and it can be released from the cell surface via proteolytic cleavage to generate a soluble form of the protein (sSEMA4D) upon cell activation SEMA4D. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography.
