Description
This product is a recombinant humanized antibody specific to syndecan-1 (SDC1) with high affinity (~7.0 nM). The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography. The antibody was tested by ELISA with recombinant syndecan- 1 protein. The efficacy of the monoclonal antibody to syndecan-1 was tested using Colo205 cell line.
