Description
A fully human monoclonal antibody that specifically binds programmed cell death protein 1 (PDl) is described. The PDl-specific antibody was isolated from a yeast display antibody library and is capable of binding both human recombinant PDl ectodomain and cell-surface PDl. The PDl antibody blocks binding of human PDl to its ligand programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1).
