Description
Transmembrane receptor PD-1 (programmed cell death 1, a programmed cell death) is one of gene family members CD28 in activated T cells, B cells and myeloid cells are expressed. PD-1 ligand PDL-1 and PDL-2 belong to the B7 superfamily, wherein the PDL-1 expression in a variety of cells has, including T cells, B cells and endothelial cells and epithelial cells, PDL-2 only expressed in antigen presenting cells such as dendritic cells and macrophages.
