This antibody MF-226 is specific for mesothelin polypeptide. A synthetic antibody phage display library was used to isolate the high affinity, mesothelin-specific, human monoclonal antibody MF-226. It was characterized by its binding affinity in ELISA, BIA, FACS, and immunoblotting.
