PABL-422

Human Anti-MS4A1 Recombinant Antibody (clone 2F2)

Description

Recombinant Human Antibody (2F2) is capable of binding to CD20, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-CD20 mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-CD20 proteins mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition. This antibody is a fully human anti-CD20 antibody that is currently in phase III clinical trial for several types of malignancies and autoimmune diseases and is one of the most promising antiCD20 drugs.
