This clone is able to effectively block both processing of the pre-proenzyme or proenzyme to the catalytically active enzyme and MMP9 catalytic activity. This product herein is able to neutralize MMP9 activity and is useful in the prevention or treatment of inflammatory, autoimmune diseases and cancers.
