Description
Provided is a full-human anti-KDR antibody (clone RD) against human KDR (VEGFR2). The antibody can be specifically combined with VEGFR2 and can inhibit the growth of VEGF-induced HUVECs. It is provided for treating the diseases featured by the expression of VEGF and particularly overexpression and related diseases including but not limited to diabetes complicating eye diseases such as cancer and retina macular degeneration.
