Description
The antibody is a a chimeric mouse/human MAb against the human IL-2R (Interleukin-2 receptor). It binds to a different epitope on p.55 than IL-2 and the chimeric antibodies interacted more efficiently than the murine antibody present in the PBMC cultures. This product has been determined using Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, Flow cytometry and Immunoprecipitation.
