Description
This product is a human recombinant antibody, which targeting the protein IL-2. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography. The binding kinetics and affinity of this antibody for human IL-2 was tested by Surface plasmon resonance and the KD value is 0.536 nM. And it also has affinity with cynomolgus monkey IL-2, the KD value is 108 nM.
