Description
This product is a recombinant human antibody, which recognizes and targets interleukin-2 (IL2). The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography. The affinity of the antibody for IL-2 was determined by Surface plasmon resonance and the KD value is 3.03 nM. It was determined by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and Surface plasmon resonance.
