Recombinant human monoclonal antibody specially binds to human IL-18. This anti-IL-18 antibody h18-108 can be useful not only as epitope-defined antibodies to investigate the mechanism of IL-18 signaling, but also as therapeutic reagents for human disorders involving IL-18.
