Description
This product is a human monoclonal IgG1 kappa antibody comprising an N56Q mutation in the light chain of theCDR1 region, targeting human interleukin-17A (IL-17A) and heterodimeric IL-17 A/F. This antibody has a very high affinity for human IL-17A, i.e., about 1-10 pM (e.g., about 6 pM), and an in vivo half-life of about 2-4 weeks, e.g., about 3 weeks.
