Description
The humanized immunoglobulins were designed containing mouse AF2 CDR regions and human EU variable regions but containing various subsets of the above substitutions. Haf25 is the same as HuZAF except that the antibody lacks substitutions at positions H11 and H38. HuXAF is the same as huZAF except that the former antibody lacks a substitution at position H38. HuXAF also had better neutralizing activity than haf25, indicating that substitutions at H11 alone made an important contribution to neutralizing activity.
