Description
This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes the human leucocyte antigen-DR (HLA-DR). It reacts with the β chain of HLA-DR. The antibody HD8G2Ser can be used as (1) a preventive or therapeutic agent for diseases caused by an HLA-DR-expressing cell, especially, a therapeutic agent for malignant tumors, and (2) a preventive or therapeutic agent for immune responses caused by an HLA-DR-expressing cell, especially, a therapeutic agent for chronic rheumatism.
