Description
Provided is a recombinant chimeric (mouse/human) antibody that recognizes HBEGF. It was raised against extracellular region of HB-EGF protein. It recognizes isoleucine at position 117 of the human HB-EGF and had a cleavage inhibitory activity and a neutralizing activity.
