This product is a Human antibody that recognizes Human FZD5. F2.I bound FZD1, -2, -4, -5, -7, and -8 on the cell surface, but did not bind FZD3, -6, -9, or -10. F2.I showed cross-reactivity to mouse FZD4 and FZD5.
