Human Anti-F Recombinant Antibody (clone DS7)

Description

Recombinant Human Antibody (DS7) is capable of binding to HMPV F, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-HMPV F mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-HMPV F proteins mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition. This antibody DS7, which is a potently neutralizing anti-human metapneumovirus antibody, binds a structurally invariant domain of F, revealing a new epitope that could be targeted in vaccine development.
