Description
This product is a recombinant human antibody which binds ErbB3 receptor and inhibits various ErbB3 functions. The binding specificity of an IgG2 isotype of the Ab to ErbB3 was assayed using ELISA. This antibody had a KD value of about 4 nM, as measured using the Surface Plasmon Resonance Assay. The antibody bound to the truncation mutant, amino acid residues 20-202 of ErbB3.
