Description
This anti-ERBB3 antibody targets human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (ErbB3). ERBB3, also known as HER3, is a type I membrane glycoprotein. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography. The antibody inhibits ERBB3 dimerization without preventing NRG1 binding to ERBB3.
