HPAB-N0084-YC

Human Anti-ERBB2 Recombinant Antibody (HPAB-N0084-YC)

Description

This product is a recombinant humanized antibody that recognizes ERBB2, which is overexpressed in cancer cells such as breast cancer and gastric cancer cells. An extracellular domain (ECD) site of HER2 protein used as an antigen. The antibody binds to sub-domain 4 of the ECD of the ERBB2 protein, an different epitope from trastuzumab. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography.
