Description
There is provided a fully human monoclonal antibody against human epidermal growth factor receptor (EGF-r) that possess similar or enhanced activities as compared to antibody C225 in order to vitiate concerns and/or effects of HAMA or HACA response. The antibody secreted by the hybridoma E2.11 comprises a human IgG2 antibody having a human kappa light chain.
