This product is a recombinant humanized antibody that recognizes DPP4. The antibody shown resulted in inhibition of cell proliferationin with the 5 μg/mL treatment in MTT assay. The antibody has an a discontinuous or conformational epitope. It had reactivity against peptides: DYSISPDGQFILL, SISPDGQFILLEY and TWSPVGHKLAYVW.
