Description
This product is a recombinant humanized antibody that recognizes DPP4. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography. The anti-proliferative effect of specified recombinant human MAb was analyzed in Jurkat CD26+ cells and the most inhibitory concentration was at 5 μg/mL. The antibody has an a discontinuous or conformational epitope. It had high reactivity against peptides: YSLRWISDHEYLY, YVKQWRHSYTASY, TWSPVGHKLAYVW, EEEVFSAYSALWW and RISLQWLRRIQNY.
