Description
This is a human antibody that with high affinity for CD70, which is derived from hybridomas, and binds to renal cancer cell lines 786-0 and A-498 in a concentration-dependent manner. The KD of this antibody is approximately 1.6 nM for CD70-transfected CHO cells.
