Description
This product is a recombinant human antibody that targets Cluster of Differentiation 40 (CD40). The antibody has a moderate to low affinity constant (KD) of 1.7 nM and moderate potency, as determined in vitro. However, due to its affinity and potency, the agonistic antibody is not suitable as a therapeutically relevant anti-CD40 agonist antibody.
