HPAB-M0484-YC

Human Anti-CD40 Recombinant Antibody (HPAB-M0484-YC)

Description

This is a human isotype anti-CD40 antibody, it was able to significantly enhance the expression of CD95 on the cell surface. The encoded protein is a receptor on antigen-presenting cells of the immune system and is critical for mediating multiple immune and inflammatory responses, including T cell-dependent immunoglobulin class switching, memory B cell development, and germinal center formation. CD40-related disorders include hyper-Igm immunodeficiency, type 3, and hyper-Igm immunodeficiency, type 1.
