Description
The product is a human anti-CD40 antibody, displayed a binding affinity (KD) of 8.2nM. The antibody effectively inhibits the binding of the ligand (CD40L). The CD4 antigen acts as a coreceptor in conjunction with the T cell receptor on T lymphocytes to recognize antigens displayed by antigen-presenting cells in the context of class II MHC molecules. CD4-related diseases include immunodeficiency 79 and Okt4 epitope deficiency.
