Description
Recombinant Humanized Antibody (Hu5A8) is capable of binding to CD4. This is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody (mAb) derived from a mouse antibody, 5A8, which binds D2 of CD4 and blocks HIV-1 infection in vitro.
